Hi, I’m Lisa! I use sound therapy to help people reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve their relationship with themselves and food.

Biofield Tuning can help you feel less stressed and more at ease.

My work involves a form of acoustic sound therapy that induces relaxation and relieves physical and emotional stress in the body.

Throughout life, we establish thought patterns and behaviors based on our experiences. These conscious and subconscious imprints impact how we navigate the world, how we manage stress, and how we feel about ourselves.

Biofield Tuning, the method of acoustic sound therapy that I practice, allows us to smooth out unhelpful energetic imprints that cause tension, leaving you feeling more relaxed, calm, and at ease.

How can Biofield Tuning relieve tension?

All of our emotions have a specific waveform and an energetic charge. That charge can get stuck in the electromagnetic field (the Biofield) that surrounds the body. When there is tension in the Biofield, there is tension in the body and a restriction of our breath.

Applying the acoustic sound of tuning forks into particular areas of the Biofield introduces coherent vibration to those areas that are ‘out of tune’, liberating the stuck energy, and allowing the body to recalibrate itself to a more relaxed state.

Biofield tuning sessions have a cumulative effect - each one builds on the previous, with the work and benefits continuing to integrate and unfold in the days following a session. It is recommended to start with a series of three sessions spaced about a week apart.

On occasion, some may experience detox symptoms post session, which generally pass within 1-2 days. Please read the post session client care information prior to receiving your Biofield Tuning sessions.

These are some of the things people have found Biofield Tuning to help with:

Anxiety • Stress • Headaches • Digestive disorders • Limiting beliefs • Effects of childhood trauma • Relationship with self, body, and food • Increasing energy • Calming the mind
